Welcome to the Bacci Rolanda Agricultural Company, a family-run business with over four generations of experience in the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil. Located in Gualdo Cattaneo, in the heart of Umbria, the company stands out for its excellence in the cultivation of olives and the production of oil.
Our Extravirgin Olive Oil
Our extra virgin olive oil is the result of a scrupulous manual harvest of olives and a cold pressing process carried out in local oil mills. This attention guarantees an oil rich in natural aromas and beneficial properties for health.

Gualdo Cattaneo: A Town to Discover and Experience!
Located in the heart of Umbria, just a few kilometers from Perugia, Assisi, Foligno, and Todi, the municipality of Gualdo Cattaneo boasts a strong point in its hilly landscape. Perched atop these hills are a series of medieval castles, offering tourists a natural spectacle of rare beauty.
Harmoniously integrated into this setting are vineyards and olive groves, which are a distinctive feature of the area. It's no coincidence that Gualdo Cattaneo is part of the "Oil and Sagrantino" circuit.
But there are many other reasons to visit Gualdo Cattaneo: festivals, food fairs, cultural, and gastronomic events make this town a place to experience all year round.

An event that originates from the Middle Ages and is part of the Gualdo August-September festival, coinciding with the feast day of Blessed Ugolino, the patron saint of the town
In the first half of August, the charming hamlet of Pomonte hosts a re-enactment that dates back to ancient times. Excellent gastronomy and music liven up the warm summer evenings.
An established event that has been held for over 40 years in July in the splendid setting of the hamlet of Pozzo, dedicated to good food and music, as well as for tasting the typical local sweet, the frittella.

Living Nativity Scene
Open Mills
One of the most evocative and spectacular re-enactments of the Nativity. The village of Marcellano is unforgettable for the beauty of its views!
The Municipality of Gualdo Cattaneo has been a long-standing member of the "Frantoi Aperti" (Open Oil Mills) circuit, during which visitors can take tasting tours at the numerous olive oil
mills in the area.
In October-November, the Municipality of Gualdo Cattaneo fills with the green hues and aromas of new olive oil. Expect tastings, guided samplings, cooking shows, and much more!
